How we pick deals
Two lists, one rule: only post a deal Mike would buy himself.
Mike's Approved Deals
Every day we scan the big deal sites and price trackers for new deals. Mike reads them and says yes or no to each one. Only the yeses make this list. Amazon comes first, but you'll see other stores when the deal is good enough.
Mike's AI Deals and heat
The AI list is the top 10 deals from the last 12 hours, picked by a model that learns from every yes and no Mike gives. Each deal gets a heat score:
- About two-thirds is how likely Mike would say yes to it.
- About one-third is how good the deal is: how much you save, how many people are buying it, and how fast the community voted it up.
A deal also needs at least 25% off to make the AI list. So heat is how good the deal is, not just the percent off.
What we don't post
- Expired deals. We check every deal and take ended ones off the AI list.
- Credit card sign-up offers.
- Refurbished and open-box items, digital codes and no-name brands, unless Mike makes an exception.
Prices and links
Each deal shows when we last checked the price. Prices and availability can change at any time, so the store's price at checkout is the one that counts.
Some links earn us a commission if you buy. That never changes which deals we post or how we rank them. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
